Graduate Student Funding Opportunities
There are several ways you can learn about funding opportunities. You can contact your graduate program(s) of interest directly. We also recommend that you visit our Graduate Awards Database. The Graduate Awards Database provides information about awards offered by the UofC Faculty of Graduate Studies and by external funding sources.
Once here you can enter as a visitor and fill in the fields to search.
A list of all awards for which you are eligible will then appear. If you click on the "view" link it will bring you to the terms of reference for that award. The terms of reference tell you all you need to know and how to apply.
Printing off the Scholarship Application Handbook will assist you in funding opportunities.
Also keep visiting our site and reviewing "New Opportunities - Awards and Funding". On this page, we publish information about new awards and deadlines that are approaching soon.
Students who have a UofC ID number can access this database through the myUofC portal.
International students should also investigate funding opportunities through granting agences and government throhttps://cor.ucalgary.ca/GetFile.aspx?aliaspath=%2FDownLoads%2Fpdf%2Fugh their home country.
